 Basic Military Training graduation fitness requirements:
Your Air Force Reserve basic training will involve extensive marching,
conditioning classes, and the completion of a challenging obstacle course.
Upon graduation, you will not only be able to meet these requirements,
you'll be in the best shape of your life.
Physical Readiness Training Standards
Men:
- Liberator (minimum standard) Run: 11:57 min. Push-ups: 45. Sit-ups: 50. Pull-ups: 0.
- Thunderbolt (honor graduate) Run: 9:30 min. Push-ups: 55 Sit-ups: 60. Pull-ups: 5.
- Warhawk (highest standard) Run: 8:55 min. Push-ups: 65 Sit-ups: 70. Pull-ups: 10.
Women:
- Liberator (minimum standard) Run: 13:56 min. Push-ups: 27. Sit-ups: 50. Pull-ups: 0.
- Thunderbolt (honor graduate) Run: 12:00 min. Push-ups: 32. Sit-ups: 55. Pull-ups: 2.
- Warhawk (highest standard) Run: 10:55 min. Push-ups: 40. Sit-ups: 60. Pull-ups: 5.
